Pita bread with olive oil, olives, thyme
Ingredients for 2 pitas
2 ts olive oil
4 black Kalamata olives
4 green olives
4 grilled tomatoes (confites)
salt-pepper-thyme or oregano
Preparation
Grease the two sides of each pita add some salt and pepper.
Bake the pitas for 6-7 min in a preheated oven in 220ºC.
Remove the pitas add the tomatoes the olives and the thyme. Continue to bake for more 6-7 min.
They go well with MYTHOS or FIX beer or retsina wine.
